FY 2024-25 licensing analyst survey.
Three program reports (child care, children's residential, adult and senior care) needed one readable story for executives.
What I built
- Wrote the division-wide executive summary, cut to a two-page, table- and chart-led read at management's request.
- Authored the adult and senior care program report and led the consistency review across all three.
- Flagged coverage gaps in the inspection tool for specialized facility types and inconsistent collection of required interview data.
- Built the Power BI model for the licensee survey, matching respondent emails to facility records to tie responses to regional offices.
