The idea behind my Salesforce crosswalk guide, condensed.
FMS replaces eight legacy licensing systems. Staff who knew Excel and Power BI needed to learn where their data lives now and how to get it out.
What I built
- Serve as the FMS trainer for the Quality Management Bureau.
- Build Salesforce reports (report types, filters, groupings, summary formulas) and dashboards during training and system testing.
- Sit as bureau SME on three FMS workgroups: Data and Reporting, Inspection Tool, and System Testing.
- Wrote a crosswalk guide that maps Salesforce reporting to Excel and Power BI habits.
