LPA Academy training survey dashboard
Executive dashboard of training feedback across all three licensing programs, driven by an Excel settings table.

100+ survey responses a year, each with about 40 Likert questions, arrived in inconsistent shapes from several weeks of training.
What I built
- Normalized the surveys with Power Query unpivot steps.
- Built an Excel configuration table that acts as the model's control panel, so question attributes and categories change without touching queries.
- Added filters by fiscal year, week, track and program, plus bookmarks for navigation.
- Documented the measures so another developer could take over the file.
What changed
- Leadership can see which training topics need more attention.
