A dedicated oversight unit had to track mandatory incident reports and spot facilities that needed follow-up, during a period of heightened program focus.
What I built
- Set up a pipeline that lands the reporting system's CSV exports in SharePoint and refreshes daily.
- Built the data model, calculated columns and DAX measures for month-over-month, year-over-year and period-over-period comparisons.
- Added bookmarks and filters so analysts can move from statewide trends to a single facility.
- 2026: re-pointed the source to the program's SharePoint site, added a reporting status page, and resolved duplicate provider records.
What changed
- Delivered on the requested timeline.
- The unit uses it to manage workload and flag facilities for site visits or review.
