ACB application tracking system
An intake form, tracking list and management dashboard that replaced a folder of Excel files for the Administrator Certification Bureau.

Management asked for a chart of pending and completed applications. Behind the request was a disorganized set of Excel files that made the chart impossible to trust.
What I built
- Built an application management app in Nitro Studio on top of a SharePoint list, so staff manage each application in one place.
- Imported the existing Excel entries so nothing was lost in the move.
- Added workflow triggers for routing and status changes.
- Built a Power BI dashboard with a management-only page: applications processed per analyst, month-over-month and year-over-year.
What changed
- One digital workflow instead of scattered spreadsheets.
- Queue and throughput numbers refresh every 1 to 2 hours.
