SurveySync
Excel and Power Query tool that collects survey answers from many people at once and rolls them into one live dashboard.
- Status
- In production at CDSS
- Role
- Designer and developer
Workgroups were consolidating survey answers by hand and holding long consensus meetings to reconcile them.
What I built
- Separate validated input templates for each person.
- Power Query aggregation into a master PivotTable dashboard.
- Designed to be copied to new workgroups and topics without a paid survey tool.
What changed
- Saved hundreds of staff hours.
