It features multi-role dashboards (Intake Staff, Installer, Manager), AI-generated service checklists powered by Claude Sonnet, real-time installer assistance, bilingual UI (English/Spanish), QR code scanning, photo/video documentation, and a full analytics dashboard. Replaced HD Car Stereo's paper-based intake process with a modern web interface including vehicle information capture, service selection, quoting, and installation tracking.
