HD Car Stereo ran intake on paper forms. Vehicle details, quotes and install notes were hard to find once the job reached the bay.

- Digital intake for vehicle details, service selection and quotes.
- Separate dashboards for intake staff, installers and managers.
- Install checklists generated with the Claude API, plus photo documentation.
- English and Spanish interface.
